RESERVATION POLICY:

You can make reservations by calling or emailing SFE. Reservations are confirmed by a 30% deposit. All balances will be paid in full prior to your arrival. All tours run on demand with minimum passenger fare requirements. Captain and Guide gratuity not included in pricing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tour deposits are nonrefundable.  

All tours are charged full price if you fail to show up. If you show up with less people than you originally booked for, you will be charged for the original number of people unless you give a two week advanced notice of the decrease.

Swan Falls Excursions reserves the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control or safety concerns, such as water levels. 

Swan Falls Excursions wants you to know that this is an outdoor activity that does involve risk to your health and/or life.

MAY - OCTOBER: 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time, Daily.

OFF SEASON HOURS: 10:00 to 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time, Monday thru Thursday.
